WHEREAS the above named PETER MUNGA WAINAINA (deceased) of Gachie within Kiambu County
died 10th day of July 2017, testate and representation has not been raised to his estate.

AND WHEREAS, WE, SAMUEL WAINAINA MUNGA (SON), GLADYS NJERI KAMANDE (DAUGHTER), RUTH
WANJIRU MUNGA (DAUGHTER), NAOMI NYATHIKA MUNGA (DAUGHTER), JANE WANGUI MUNGA
(DAUGHTER), EVAN KIMANI MUNGA (SON) are title to apply for letters of administration with will
annexed of the estate of the said deceased in equality with or priority to EVAN KIMANI MUNGA, but
nevertheless we are agreeable to the said EVAN KIMANI MUNGA so applying.

NOW WE, SAMUEL WAINAINA MUNGA, GLADYS NJERI KAMANDE, RUTH WANJIRU MUNGA, NAOMI
NYATHIKA MUNGA, JANE WANGUI MUNGA, EVAN KIMANI MUNGA do consent that letters of
administration to the estate of the said deceased being granted to the said EVAN KIMANI MUNGA.
