This office is in receipt of the Certificates of Results for the above-referenced petition. Based on the
examination done by the county election officials, 22,238 valid signatures have been collected.
Pursuant to the Secretary of State’s authority under Title 24 of the Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS), and in
accordance with the NRS 293.1278, this office herby determines that the total number of signatures
validated by the counties is more than 100 percent of the number of valid signatures necessary to declare
the petition sufficient.
As a reminder the office of the SOS has not received the names of the six primary and six alternate
electors. Please submit the names as required by and within the timeframes of NRS 298.035(3)
