Task 8.

Step 1. Personal information.


- My full name is Maria Paula Castrillón.
- I’m from Colombia.
- I’m 21 years old.
- I’m a student and in my free time I give English classes to kids, and I work as a
makeup artist sometimes.
- I live in Apartadó.
- Apartadó is a municipality in Colombia, located in the subregion of Urabá in the
department of Antioquia, being the most populated municipality in said region.
The weather in Apartadó is very hot and sunny, but in some seasons of the year
it can be very rainy. This place has good entertainment venues, nightclub areas
and
restaurants to visit that are very popular, among them the Ortiz neighborhood,
the Plaza del Rio shopping center, and the Nuestro Urabá shopping center that
are the best places to visit.

Personality.
- My hobbies are listening to music, painting, and drawing, learning English,
makeup, working out and playing volleyball.
- I am very empathetic, kind, respectful, emotional, creative, intelligent, honest. I
also tend to be a little unpunctual, shy, and silent in some environments.

Routines and weekend plans


- My daily routine is based on waking up between 7 or 9 in the morning
depending on the duties I have that day. The first thing I do is organize my bed,
then I organize my house and prepare my breakfast. I took a shower and get
organized to continue with my duties, whether personal or university, at noon
usually after 1pm I cook and have lunch so that after this I have space again for
my homework, some days I have to go to English classes between 3pm and 5
p.m. At 6:30 pm, I organize myself to do exercise. I am at the gym from 7pm to
8pm, I usually play one or two hours of volleyball after going to the gym, when I
return home, I prepare something light for dinner, so I can organize myself to go
to bed.
- On weekends, I normally spend time with my family, boyfriend, and friends, I
like to do different activities with them, such as taking short trips, getting
together to play sports or eat.

A significant person in your life.


- My mother’s name is Judis, she is 40 years old, she is a professional in
occupational health administration. Her birthday is on May 14 th. She lives in
Panama City, and she is the most important person in my life.
- My mom is a woman of average height, she has light brown skin tone, and she
is a little chubby, her hair is between brown and copper, not very long, she has
big eyes, long eyelashes, and dark eyebrows, which make her look beautiful.
- My mother is characterized by her courage, intelligence, kindness and
generosity, she is also very temperamental with serious things.

Share some experiences.


- Last December I traveled with my aunt to Rionegro, to visit her daughter who is
like a sister to me, we spent Christmas and New Year with her and her husband, I
was very happy since we visited many nearby towns and ate many delicious
things.
- On New Year's Eve I was a little sad and worried about my mother, since we
couldn't be together on any special date in December, and since this was our first
Christmas since her father's death, it was something difficult to face.

Dreams and future plans.


- My plans after graduating are to travel abroad to be with my mother, work
together to buy a house and build a business here in Colombia.
- Although my plans are to travel and live abroad for a while, I also want to build
my home in Colombia, close to my family, I would like to get married and have
children with a person who gives me the stability to want to do it.
