1. Margins must be 1.5” Left, 1.0” Top/Bottom/Right.
2. Headings are 16 Bold and contents are 12 Plain. Where subheadings may
be in 12 Italics or Bold-italic.
3. Use only Arial or Times New Roman fonts.
4. Numbering of page is essential and page numbers must be 1 after the Table
of Contents or in Introduction Page where page numbers must be in
bottom center of the page in format of -1-, 1 of 20 or 1.
5. Adopted figures, pictures and table can be used by specifying their source in
right corner of the figures or tables or pictures
6. Only cover page need page borders, use simple borders only.
7. Please list used terms only in sorted order for Abbreviation Page.
8. Above format can be altered by students and supervisors in prior information
to the coordinators.
9. Please list used references in sorted order as Book Name, Writer Name
(Last, First Middle Name), Publisher Name, Published Year, Edition, if
distinct page no. also. For e.g.
Let Us C, Kanetkar, Yashwant, BPB, Delhi, 2007, Second edition, Pg. No. 278-288.
10. Preface, Abstract, Summary is likely same so can be replaced by Abstract or
Summary of the project.
11. All the underlined items must replaced by suitable contents in this sample
documents.
12. Project Proposals and Project Report must submit by given time.
13. Students are requested to submit one copy of project proposals.
14. Students are requested to submit three paper bind copy and one soft copy in
CD of Project Reports with Project Source Codes as well as Power-Point
Presentations.
15. Reports must be Spiral Bind with transparent sheet in cover and back of it.
Signed reports by supervisors are only forwarded to the external evaluation.
16. If the students or groups supposed to visit Organizations, College will provide
request/recommendation letter and those students must submit Letter of
Appreciation to the college after the completion of visit and project study.
17. Students failed to submit their proposals on time may charge fine for delay for
10 days. Students who failed to submit their proposals within date are not liable
to seat/attend in their final project presentation.
