Notes:
• Payment must be 100% in advance, at least one week before the training execution date. Training will not
proceed without advance payment in any case.
• Training dates to be agreed between SGS and Client as per mutual convenience.
• Mobilization & Demobilization of SGS Trainer & coordinator will be on cost and arrangement of Client. If SGS
arranges above charges shall be applied.
• If mobilization & demobilization arranges by client. Separate car will be provided only for trainer & coordina-
tor. The car shall pick & drop trainer & coordinator from their home/office/any communicated place.
• SGS will provide soft copy of the training material and Client will print copies as per requirement.
• If any tool/equipment required for practical it will be cost and arrange by SGS only AED equipment shall be
provided by Client .
• Boarding & Lodging, Food and Accommodation during stay of SGS Trainer & coordinator (if required) shall
be on cost and arrangement of Client.
• All courses’ fees are excluding service tax. Tax or any other duty that may be levied by the Provincial or Federal
Government will be added to the amount of our Professional Charges at Statutory applicable rates, as and when ap-
plicable.
• Seminar / Course Venue with adequate seating arrangements, Multimedia & overhead Projector, Flip Charts and/or
Magi Board arrangement shall be on client end.
• Availability of Equipment for practical training shall be on client end.
• Our quotation is valid for 01 month from date of issue.
• Our charges are payable in advance in shape of pay order in favor of SGS Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd.
• Futile day(s) / part day(s) /off days /standby days would be charged 100% of day rate.
• Client would be required to extend full support to SGS Trainer(s) & coordinator (s) for proper execution of the training
and emergency medical facilities to SGS Staff.
• Client authorized representative at site shall coordinate with SGS Trainer(s) and shall make all necessary arrange-
ments including safety requirement enabling SGS Staff to carry out the training.
• SGS would not be responsible for any delay in delivery of training.
• Training will be carried out with due care and vigilance; however, it would be subject to General Conditions of Ser-
vices.
