ROEZELLE: First and foremost, we want to express our gratitude to each and
every one of you for your participation in today's event and for your support in
general, merely to ensure the success of this event.

JUNJUN: Despite the pandemic and the fact that the academic year 2021–2022
has concluded, we are happy to see you and have the opportunity to meet you
online.

Roezelle: I couldn’t agree more, so partner, why don’t we make this morning not
just wonderful but also a day full of learning and new experiences?

JUNJUN: Yes! We’ve anticipated long enough for this day to come.

Jun: To begin, may we request every one to rise and be one in mind, body and
spirit as we praise and thanks our Almighty God for all his graces and blessings
through a visual presentation. After which, we shall remain standing as we pay
tribute to our heroes by singing the Philippine National Anthem.

Roezelle: You may take your seats. before we proceed further to the program,
may I inform everyone that after we announce the virtual rules in this event, we
will not be accepting student who are joining in the zoom link that we’ve provided.
But don’t worry this webinar is posted live on our Facebook page, Philippine
Association of Students in Office Administration CSPC Chapter for you to be able
to attend. Mayors of each section please inform your classmates regarding this.

1. Attendees must be in white inner shirt and black blazer or coat.
ROE 2. For proper identification, please rename your devices upon entry
to the Zoom meeting. (E.g. CONTRERAS, Mae – 3B)
JUNJUN 3. Mute your mic during the webinar to ensure the quality of the
platform used. You may unmute it when acknowledged by the Host or Speaker.
ROE 4. Turn on your camera all throughout the webinar.
JUNJUN 5. Use the background photo provided to you.
ROE 6. Have yourself prepared with ball pen and paper all the time.
JUNJUN 7. Eating and doing unnecessary stuff while the speaker is
presenting, is prohibited.

Junjun: You know it’s so nice to see every participants looking gorgeous and
handsome like professionals in their attire, but let us not forget the fact that you
look stunning today, Ms Roezelle.

Roezelle: You really do have clear eyesight Mr. Cobre. Thank you so much for
that, the same goes to you as well. To the attendees, just a quick reminder,

Roe: Thank you sir for imparting your knowledge about business report writing,
we learned a lot from you. With that, we would like to give you a token and
certificate of commendation as a symbol of our appreciation and gratefulness to
you.

efforts just for this event to become a success.

JUNJUN: Thank you so much Ms Brizuela and Mr. Abarera. To introduce our quiz
master, May we call , Ms Joanna P. Togado our PASOA interim Public Relations
Officers.
