SCRIPT

(OPTIONAL) JUN/ROGENE: GREETINGS future professionals!

ROGENE: First and foremost, we are grateful to each and every one of you for your
participation in today’s event. We also appreciate your support in general, merely to ensure
the success of today's event.

JUNJUN: Despite the pandemic and the fact that the academic year 2022-2023 has begun,
we are delighted to see you and have the opportunity to meet you personally.

ROGENE: I couldn’t agree more, so partner, why don't we make today not just a great start,
but also a day full of learning and new experiences??

JUNJUN: Yes! We’ve anticipated long enough for this day to come.

ROGENE: So, on behalf of Philippine Association of Students in Office Administration, it is


our immense pleasure to welcome you to the

ASSEMBLY

ROGENE: I am Rogene Brizuela a 3rd year student of BSOA section A

JUNJUN: and I am Jun-Jun T. Cobre a 4th year student of BSOA section B

ROGENE&JUNJUN: Your hosts for today’s event!

JUN: To begin, may we request everyone to rise and be one in mind, body and spirit as we
praise and thanks our Almighty God for all his graces and blessings through a visual

presentation. After which, we shall remain standing as we pay tribute to our heroes by singing
the Philippine National Anthem.

(Post-prayer and national anthem)

ROGENE: Before we proceed further to the program, you may now take your seats.

JUNJUN: You know it’s so nice to see every participant looking gorgeous and handsome.

ROGENE: You really do have clear eyesight Mr. Cobre. So, to formally start our program,
may we call on the Vice President for Internal Affairs of Philippine Association of Students in
Office Administration – CSPC Chapter, MS. MA. SALVE CALPE for her opening remarks.
Let’s give her a round of applause.

(Post-opening remarks)

JUNJUN: Thank you so much, MS. SALVE for that welcoming message. To give us her
inspirational message, it is with pleasure to introduce to you the Dean of College of Tourism,
Hospitality and Business Management, Dr. Maria Joy Iglesia-Idian. Let’s give her a round of
applause.

ROGENE: Thank you so much, Dean for the inspirational message you’ve given us and for
your support to the Office administration students. We will take it to heart.

JUNJUN: To introduce the Philippine Association of Students in Office Administration and its
hardworking Officers, and to give us a message it is with pleasure to introduce to you the
Adviser of Philippine Association of Students in Office Administration, Ms. Syrell M. Hallare,
MBM. Let’s give her a round of applause.

ROGENE: THANK you so much, Ma’am Syrell. For the awarding of certificates

ICE BREAKER

ROGENE: Before we proceed to the main course of this event, we need to break the ice of
boredom and let’s do some ice breaker that could lighten our mood and it will be led by the
PASOA-CSPC Chapter Representatives from BUHI CAMPUS.
(POST ICE BREAKER/ PRE-DISCUSSION)

JUN-JUN: Did you guys have fun? (After sumagot ng audience) And so do we.

ROGENE: Okay. For the main part of this event, may we call on the President of the
Philippine Association of Students in Office Administration- CSPC Chapter, Ms. Roezelle. B.
Dait for the presentation of the Type A, B, and C uniform of the BSOA and presenting PASOA
Organization Special Announcements. Let’s give her a round of applause.

(POST DISCUSSION)

JUN-JUN: Thank you Ms. Roezelle for that very presentable and informative presentation.
So, now BSOA students, are you all ready to wear your type A, B, and C uniforms? And are
you excited for the upcoming BSOA events?

ROGENE: Is there any questions and suggestions you wanted to add regarding this
proposal?If you have any suggestions, clarifications, or concerns, you may now raise your
questions and the open forum starts now.

JUN-JUN: If there’s no more queries, we are now up for the special award that could possibly
be given to you.

ROGENE: Guys, what award do you think it will be? I’m a bit excited for this moment. Is it
because of your attendance? Punctuality? Or your attentiveness?

JUN-JUN: Citation reads… (after citation reads) Congratulations!

ROGENE: To give us her closing remarks, may we call on the BSOA faculty member, Ms.
Alyssa De Loyola Lagatic. Let’s give her a round of applause.

JUN-JUN: Thank you Ma’am Alyssa for your acknowledgeable remarks.
