Posi on Overview:
We are seeking a highly mo vated and innova ve individual to join our team as an Automa on
Engineer. This entry-level posi on is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with minimal experience
who are passionate about industrial automa on and eager to learn and grow within the field. As an
Automa on Engineer, you will work closely with senior engineers to design, implement, and maintain
automated systems in our manufacturing facility. This role offers an exci ng opportunity to gain hands-
on experience in the dynamic field of factory automa on while contribu ng to the efficiency and
produc vity of our opera ons.
2. Collaborate with cross-func onal teams to analyse machine opera onal processes, iden fy
automa on opportuni es, and develop innova ve solu ons to streamline opera ons and improve
process.
3. Par cipate in the programming and configura on of automa on equipment, including wri ng and
debugging PLC/ Mo on controller program, configuring Servo drives and motors, and developing user
interfaces (HMI/SCADA) for machine control.
4. Support the installa on, commissioning, and troubleshoo ng of automa on systems, ensuring they
meet performance specifica ons and safety standards.
5. Conduct tes ng and valida on of automa on systems to verify func onality, reliability, and
compliance with quality requirements.
6. Provide technical support to produc on personnel, assis ng with equipment setup, opera on, and
maintenance as needed.
7. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in industrial automa on, con nuously
expanding knowledge and skills through training and professional development ac vi es.
8. Maintain accurate documenta on of automa on systems, including schema cs, manuals, and
troubleshoo ng guides, to facilitate efficient opera on and maintenance.
9. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all mes, promo ng a culture of
safety and accountability in the workplace.
10. Perform other du es as assigned by management to support the overall objec ves of the
organiza on.
11. Candidate must be ready to travel within India and interna onally.
Qualifica ons:
- Good academic background with coursework or projects related to automa on, control systems,
robo cs, or manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of programming languages commonly used in automa on, such as ladder logic, structured
text, or C/C++.
- Familiarity with industrial automa on equipment and technologies, including PLCs, HMIs, sensors,
actuators, and servo drives.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a en on to detail, with the ability to analyse complex systems
and troubleshoot technical issues effec vely.
- Effec ve communica on and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effec vely with
colleagues from diverse backgrounds and disciplines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in the field of factory
automa on.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage mul ple tasks and priori es
simultaneously.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and con nuous improvement in all aspects of work.
4. Loca on: Nashik, Maharashtra. (Candidate must be ready to travel within India and interna onally)
8. Performance Reviews: Regular performance evalua ons will be conducted to assess progress and
provide feedback.
9. Salary Increment: An annual salary increment is given based on employee performance, with a
minimum wage hike of 15% of the present salary.
11. Agreement: A two-year job agreement with a penalty of one lakh rupees.
12. Training: Any required training or orienta on will be provided during the proba onary period or as
needed.
13. Confiden ality: Agree to maintain confiden ality regarding company informa on and proprietary
technology.
14. Non-Compete Agreement: Agree not to engage in ac vi es that compete with the company's
business during and a er employment.
15. Intellectual Property: Any inven ons, designs, or intellectual property developed during
employment will be the property of the company.
16. Termina on: Employment may be terminated by company with no ce of one month.
17. Code of Conduct: Agree to abide by the company's code of conduct and ethical standards.
18. Grievance Procedure: A procedure will be in place for addressing any grievances or concerns
regarding employment.
19. Modifica on of Terms: Terms and condi ons of employment may be modified by mutual
agreement or as required by changes in company policy or applicable laws.
20. Acknowledgment: Employee acknowledges receipt and understanding of these terms and agrees
