treasury functions, ensuring efficient handling of cash management, liquidity
planning, and financial risk management. This role involves overseeing daily treasury
CFO operations, including cash flow monitoring, bank relationship management, and
investment activities.

The Accounting Operations In-Charge is responsible for overseeing and managing the
day-to-day accounting activities to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
This role includes supervising the accounting team, maintaining the general ledger,
CFO ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and managing month-end and year-
end closing processes.
