1. Give three specific learning or educational situations (thru sentences/paragraphs)


where Measurement, Assessment, and Evaluation are all done or observed.
Underline the measurement, boldface the assessment, and italicize the evaluation.

1. In a PE class of Sir Rogel, students participate in a fitness assessment to measure


their cardiovascular strength, and flexibility. During the assessment, students
perform tasks such as running, push-ups, and sit-ups exercises. After the said
activity it will be checked and evaluated using rubrics and Sir Rogel discuss the
significance of the results.

2. In a Grade 10 Science class, the teacher conducts a lesson about the frog, checking
their knowledge about its body part. The teacher distributes a worksheet with the
picture of a frog without parts label. After completing the worksheet, the teacher
collects and checked it 1 by 1 and give score.

3. In my class in Araling Panlipunan, I discussed the topic about the discrimination


against men and women. Checking their awareness about the said topic. After the
discussion we do some group activities about classifying different kind of
discrimination. Afterwards I have notice that some of my class is fully aware to the
situation of discrimination here in our country.

2. Give two specific learning situations for each (thru sentences):


a. Assessment For Learning;
1. In grade 7 English class, the teacher assesses the students’ knowledge
about creating stories by making biography.
2. Mrs. Nora the TLE teacher test her student’s knowledge by asking her
students one by one about the tools in the kitchen before they start the
class.

b. Assessment As Learning;
1. Mrs. Veronica instruct her student to discover new techniques on how to
make salad for their cooking lesson.
2. Ma’am Bea give a task to her senior high school student to create a strategic
plan on how to conduct research in easiest way.
c. Assessment Of Learning.
1. After the class, Ma’am Joy give a quiz to check their understanding about
the topic she discussed.
2. The principal administered a exit examination to the graduating student
before applying for graduation.
