Information program update

NOTE! This instruction is only when updating the controller with a “nand_f” file.

Folder structure on the USB-memory

The folders must be positioned in the root of the USB-


memory, consequently not in any sub-folder.
Settings is only necessary if the parameters of the control
system shall be changed/updated.

Instruction program update

1. Switch off the power (fuses F02+F20, the display shall go out).

2. Insert the USB-memory on the front panel. Switch on fuses F02 + F20.

3. When the display shows ”BOOTING” and while it then counts down
”BOOT in 4 ...3 ...2 ...1” , press the – [H]-button.

4. Program startup interrupts and you enter a mode where it is possible to


exchange files in the control system (the display shows ”Upgrade?”)

5. Here you shall start to update BIOS. Select exchange a file with ”<-USB”.
Choose the file “BIOS.bin” and then press ”Select”. When it is ready,
”Done. Please restart” is shown. Restart the control system using fuses
F02 +F20.

6. When the display shows ”BOOTING” and while it then counts down
”BOOT in 4 ...3 ...2 ...1” , press the – [H]-button.

7. Press HFS and select exchange a file with ”<-USB”. Step with “Next” until
the file “NAND_F.img” is shown and press ”Select”. Controller will now start a
formatting of the disc. The “nand file” will make a backup of the parameters first
and then update the controller to the latest version of both the PPAK (program)
and HFS (menu). A timeline in percent will be shown. After reached 100% the
controller needs to be rebooted again with fuses(F02+F20).

8. Remove the USB-memory and start the lift normally. The update is All DONE!
