7. Description of working mode
● Charging mode: When the BMS detects that the charger is connected and the
external charging voltage is 0.5 V higher than the internal battery voltage, it turns
on the charging MOSFET for charging. When the charging current reaches the
effective charging current, it enters the charging mode. In charging mode, both
charge and discharge MOSFETs are closed.
● Discharge mode: BMS enters discharge mode when it detects that the load is
connected and the discharge current reaches the effective discharge current.
● Standby mode: When the above two modes are not satisfied, enter the standby mode.
● Shutdown mode (off by default): Normal standby for 24 hours, battery triggers under
voltage protection, press button to shut down, BMS enters shutdown mode. The wake-up
conditions of the shutdown mode: 1. Charging is activated; 2. Press the button to turn on
the power.

8. Functional description
● Standby state: After the BMS is correctly connected and powered on, in the
absence of over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current, short-circuit, over-temperature,
under-temperature and other protection states, Press the reset button once to turn it
on, and the BMS is in standby mode. In the standby state of the BMS , the running
light flashes, and the battery can be charged and discharged.
● Cell overcharge protection and recovery: When any cell of the battery is higher than the
set value of the cell overcharge protection, the BMS enters the overcharge protection state,
and the charging electricity The device cannot charge the battery. After the cell over
voltage protection, when the highest cell voltage drops below the cell overcharge
recovery value, the overcharge protection status will be released. It can also be released
by discharge.
● When the battery voltage is higher than the total voltage overcharge protection
setting value, the BMS enters the overcharge protection state, and the charging
device cannot charge the battery. Dang Zong When the voltage drops below the total

voltage overcharge recovery value, the overcharge protection state will be released.
It can also be released by discharge.
● Single over-discharge protection and recovery: When any cell of the battery is lower
than the set value of the single over-discharge protection, the BMS enters the over-
discharge protection state, and the negative The load cannot discharge the battery. After
maintaining communication for 1 minute, the BMS shuts down. After the over-discharge
protection occurs, charging the battery pack can release the over-discharge protection
status. state . Or press the reset button once, and the BMS will start up to check whether
the voltage of the battery pack has reached the recovery value.
● Discharge over-current protection and recovery: When the discharge current exceeds
the set value of discharge over-current protection, and the delay time is reached. BMS
enters discharge over Current protection, the load cannot charge the battery. After the
discharge over current protection occurs, the BMS automatically delays recovery and re
-detects the external load current . Charging can also release the discharge over current
protection. The discharge over current protection has two levels of protection, and the
transient over current protection is the same as the discharge over current protection.
complex . When the number of transient over current protection occurrences reaches the
condition, it will be locked, and the recovery must be turned off and turned on or
released from charging.
● Temperature protection and recovery: BMS has 4 temperature detection ports, and
monitors temperature changes to achieve protection measures.
● Charge and discharge high/low temperature protection and recovery: When charging
and discharging, any one of the 4 cell NTCs is higher than the high/low temperature
protection setting value , the BMS enters high temperature/low temperature protection.
The BMS stops charging or discharging. When the cell temperature is lower than the
high/low temperature recovery value, the BMS recovers charge or discharge.
● Equalization function: BMS has standby and charging equalization functions, BMS
system adopts energy consumption equalization circuit, equalizes open voltage
software Adjustable , any section of the equilibrium opening condition is higher than
the equilibrium opening pressure and the pressure difference reaches the condition
together. When charging is stopped or the cell voltage difference is less than
Equalization stops at the set value.
● Power on, power off
NO. Function Definition
When the BMS is in the dormant state, press the reset
button once, the BMS will be started, and the LED

indicator will After flashing sequentially , it turns to
normal working state.
When the BMS is in the standby or discharging state,
shutdown/hiberna press this button for 3s, the BMS will be dormant, After

te the LED indicators flash one by one, it enters the sleep
state. BMS after sleep none power consumption.

10. Maintenance and troubleshooting
A. Regularly (6 months) clean the battery dust and check whether the battery connection wires are loose.
B. When there is no power failure for a long time, it is recommended to artificially discharge the battery
every 6 months .
C. If the battery is found to be poor, the entire battery pack should be replaced in time and early .
D. Try to avoid deep discharge of the battery, and the recommended cut-off discharge voltage is 45 V.
