Project: Platform Management and handling all business requirement. (2021 ~ till now)
● Role: Developer Lead and Consultant
● Description: Primarily this is one platform project. Through the project, we are managing all types of
transactions like transferring ticket to another system to create the subsequent records
(incident/problem/service request in ServiceNow) into the target tool. It’s one outbound
integration project, where we push our newly created incident, problem, and service request to the
target tool. Also as part of the project, we are taking care of the newly created Services and
Applications in our platform. In the integration we are using oAuth for the authentication and rest
methods to integrate to the target system. In this project my role is to gather the requirement from
client and design it according to the best practices, develop the project and show the prototype to
the customer. Also, I get involved into the postproduction release support to get the issues resolved.

● Description: Primarily this is one integration project. Through the integration, we are transferring

● Description: This is an integration project to accept all the newly created changes from some in-
house tool. Through the integration, we are using the rest api to integrate ServiceNow tool to the
inhouse tool (ITSM). When one new change request gets created in ServiceNow, the same will get
transferred to the ITSM tool and return the ITSM ticket number to get it stored for further
transaction. In this project, I worked as one developer and developed the stories assigned to me.
Also, I involved into the show and tell session to present the transaction details to the ITSM tool and
to the support team.
