A PROJECT PROPOSAL

I. Project Title: PROJECT real (Reading empowerment to all learners) 2.0

II. School Year: 2022-2023

III. Rationale:

Tudela National Comprehensive High School (TUDNACOHS)


celebrates November as Pambansang Buwan at Araw ng Pagbasa to
promote the love for reading and its importance to the lifelong learning
process among Filipino learners.

The pandemic is almost over but so with the reading performances of our
students. In today’s education, we have observed the huge gap of students’
capability to learn as well as their progress in reading. A lot of them are
frustration readers and these are based on the recent data that had been
collected. This problem is indeed alarming and needed to be addressed. There is
a high call for educators to make a solution. Thus, TUDNACOHS will be
implementing Project REAL (Reading Empowerment to All Learners) 2.0.
Parents are encouraged to be our partners in this program and to ensure the
learning of every students by reading and answering reading materials to be
distributed during the month of November along with other activities.

IV. Objectives:

1. To encourage the parents in teaching their children to read effectively.


2. To develop the reading abilities of frustration readers.
3. Inculcate among the students the importance and beauty of reading.
4. To participate and enjoy the different activities during the reading
month.
DATE ACTIVITY
November 8, 2022  Mystery Reading and Video Recording
- Each section must have one representative
as their mystery reader.
- All students in the class must listen while
their classmate is reading the story.
- There must be one representative from the
class who will record the entire activity
through video.
- The video will be sent to the google drive.
