※ Note
- Please do not turn off the printer and your computer until firmware update finishes.
- If you are using USB connection, disconnect all other USB printers from the PC.
- The firmware update you are about to install has been tested for compatibility
with Samsung toner cartridge products ONLY.
Installing The upgrade may cause a non-Samsung toner cartridge to malfunction.
- Do not run your printer during the firmware update.(Do not have any print job)
Update Procedure
1. Make sure that the machine is connected to the PC with a USB cable or network
2. Make sure that the current f/w version of your printer.
Press and hold 'Cancel' button for about 2seconds until the green LED blinks slowly,
and then release it
Configuration Report will be printed out, Check the f/w version.

If the firmware version is V3.xx.01.xx, Execute CLP365W_Upgrade_Patch.exe


And then patch rom will be download on the machine.
Please wait until green LED is ON.(About 2 minute)
* LED Status
2.1) Red LED Blinking for about 30 sec
2.2) Green LED ON for 30 sec
2.3) Red LED Blinking for 60 sec
2.4) Green LED ON
If the firmware version is V3.xx.02.00 and more higher, Go to No.3 Step.

3. Run firmware file(CLP365W_V3.00.02.16.exe)


4. The firmware update will start.
Once the firmware update is complete, the machine will be rebooted automatically.
