Study Plan
My journey towards pursuing a bachelor's degree has been guided by a strong passion for
architecture. From an early age, I was fascinated by drawing and its profound influence on
culture. This curiosity has fueled my academic pursuits during high school, where I have
consistently excelled in courses related to Armenian miniature, macrame, graphic drawing,
sketching.
This year, I will graduate from China-Armenia Friendship School(中国亚美尼亚友谊学校),
further deepening my understanding of cultural connections and fostering international
friendships.
Why do I want to study architecture in China? China has a rich and diverse architectural
history, spanning ancient structures like the Great Wall and traditional courtyard homes to
modern skyscrapers. Studying in China provides an immersive environment to appreciate
and learn from this architectural heritage. Chinese universities are renowned for their
architecture programs, offering a blend of traditional teachings and exposure to cutting-edge
design concepts. China's blend of modernity and tradition creates a unique environment for
cross-cultural architectural exploration. Integrating traditional Chinese architectural principles
with contemporary design concepts can provide a holistic and innovative perspective.
I am eager to contribute to and thrive within the dynamic learning environment China. The
prospect of engaging with distinguished faculty members and collaborating with like-minded
peers excites me, as I believe it will foster my intellectual growth and broaden my
understanding of architecture.
I am particularly excited about the opportunity to contribute to the vibrant cultural and
academic diversity at China. As someone who values cultural exchange, I look forward to
immersing myself in the rich traditions and perspectives that China and its diverse student
body offer.
Receiving this scholarship would not only be a tremendous honor but a unique opportunity to
blend my artistic pursuits and architectural aspirations. I am committed to embracing the
cultural richness of China, both in my studies and daily life, and I look forward to contributing
to the cultural exchange within the academic community. In conclusion, it is the rich historical
legacy, the dynamic contemporary landscape, and the innovative spirit within Chinese
architecture that make it an irresistible field of study for me. I am excited about the prospect
of contributing to and learning from this vibrant architectural tradition.
