REFLECTION PAPER

Guidance and counseling teaching involves deliberate process where educators

encourage students to explore and examine their experiences, thoughts and feelings. It’s

crucial skill that helps students deepen their understanding of themselves and their

interactions with others. Trough reflective practices, students can gain insight into their

personal growth, identify patterns in behavior or thinking, and develop strategies for

overcoming challenges. As a teacher we can empower our pupils to become more self-aware

and proactive in managing their own development and relationship.

It helps to shape student’s behavior and also instill enough discipline in them.

Proper guidance help them achieve their goals in life. As a teacher we play a crucial role in

the child life, it’s important that the learners trust us if they will open about some issues and

concern about anything. Lat us not forget that every child is unique and have different

personality our approach should be different from other child because as unique as them they

also came from different family background
