BARANGAY DEAN LEOPOLDO YABES (PUG – OS), SINAIT, ILOCOS SUR HELD AT
BARANGAY HALL ON JANUARY 21, 2024 AT 10:00 IN THE MORNING.

CALL TO ORDER:
The Presiding officer/Chairman Irwin M. Ancheta convened the meeting of the Sangguniang
Barangay to order at 10:00 A.M.
INVOCATION:
Kag. Geraldine R. Malupeng led the prayer seeking the presence and guidance of the
Almighty.

SINGING THE NATIONAL ANTHEM:


Kag. Vernaflor D. Ibatuan led the singing of the National anthem.

READING OF THE PREVIOUS MINUTES OF THE MEETING:


The barangay secretary read the previous minutes of the meeting.

PRIVILEDGE HOUR:
Punong Barangay/Presiding Officer Irwin M. Ancheta, greeted everyone with pleasant good
morning. He started the session/meeting regarding the proposed annual budget for CY 2024 with
a Total amount of Three Million Three Hundred Six and Seven Hundred One Pesos
(₱3,306,701.00) of Brgy. Dean Leopoldo Yabes (Pug – os) and copy of which was distributed to
the members of the August Body for to give their assessment and comments. He also sought the
assistance of the body to prepare the needed documents prior submission to the Sangguniang
Bayan for its approval. Punong Barangay also proposed the conduct of Flag Raising Ceremony
every first Monday of the month wherein all Barangay Officials are required to attend.

SUGGESTION HOUR:
Kagawad Rolly P. Ines Chairman Committee on Peace and Order made a proposal to create
an Ordinance regarding the “Prohibition of Store Owners to sell liquor and cigarrete to minors”
within the Barangay.
QUESTION HOUR:
The Punong Barangay asked the body if there is more to be taken, the body keep silent.

CALENDAR BUSINESS:
Celebration of Saint Peter the designated Patron of Barangay Dean Leopoldo Yabes (Pug –
os) is scheduled on February 23, 2024.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
Propose Ordinance: One (1)
Propose Resolution: None

ADJOURNMENT:
On motion of Barangay Kagawad Ferdinand M. Ancheta duly seconded by Barangay Kagawad
Christopher Y. del Rosario session was adjourned at 12:00 noon.
