How to Join Our Group Session

Thank you for your interest in joining our IHS Technician team! In order to be moved forward in the hiring
process, you will need to attend one of our group sessions first. Please note you do not need to be
scheduled in order to attend the session.

Here are some instructions on how to join our group session:

From a computer:

1. Open the email inviting you to join with the subject line “DISH Network: Technician Application
Next Steps!”

2. Click on “Group Screen Link” next to the time of your desired session. Please note the timezones
in the email, you may need to convert to your local timezone. Click the “Ask to join” Button to go
into the meeting. Please join 5 minutes early.

3. Then wait until you have been granted access by a recruiter.

From your phone:

1. Open the email inviting you to join with the subject line “DISH Network: Technician Application
Next Steps!” on your phone.
2. Download the Google Meets app on your phone.

3. Sign into your Google account or create an account.

4. Once logged in to your account, click “join with a code”.

5. Click the blue “join” button. Join the session 5 minutes early. (Note: this is an example of how to
join, please do not use the code)
6. Then click the blue “join” button and wait for the recruiter to let you in the session.
