CUSTOMER INTERACTION
Good questions to answer:

- Did an error message display?

- If so, what did it say?
- Did you restart the system when the error occurred?
- Was the error logs exported soon after the error?
- What was the application and transducer in use at the
time?
- Is the error reproducible?

REMEMBER! – EJECT THE MEDIA

Always be sure to EJECT the thumb drive or

CD/DVD before removing it from the system.

Failure to do so will corrupt the log

STARTLOADER.TXT-NORMAL

Other models will display different information lines, but the idea is the same:

This line indicates the system is

stopping and displays the exit
code.
STARTLOADER.TXT-REBOOT

Here we can see a Reboot event. This is usually initiated by some

administrative functions like preset backup and restore or changes to the IP
address or computer name, but can sometimes be caused by bus
communication errors or other issues.

0/4 Reboot events can sometimes correspond with a fault condition and
should be investigated when that correlation is observed.
