MOTION FOR REDUCTION OF BAIL

COMES NOW, the undersigned accused, and before this Honorable Court, most
respectfully moves:

1) That herein accused was presently charged before this Honorable Court for the above-
mentioned cases with a bail recommended of Php24,000.00 for ILLEGAL
RECRUITMENT; and, Php16,000.00 for ESTAFA or a total bail recommended of
Php40,000.00;

2) That the recommended bail is beyond the reach of herein accused and for humanitarian
reasons, accused respectfully asks for the reduction of the aforesaid bail from
Php24,000.00 to Php12,000.00 for ILLEGAL RECRUITMENT and from Php16,000.00
to Php8,000.00 for ESTAFA or from the total bail recommended of Php40,000.00 to
Php20,000.00 to be paid in cash bond;

3) That accused undertakes to comply with all the requirements and will always present
herself in court for the early disposition of the above-mentioned cases.

WHEREFORE, in the interest of justice, it is most respectfully prayed that the total bail
recommended of Php40,000.00 be reduced to Php20,000.00 to be paid in cash bond.
