JOB PURPOSE
To maintain the facilities asset register and check, verify and record all facility-related assets across be’ah

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


 Conduct asset verification & Inspections of fixed and movable assets including landfill and transfer
stations
 Ensure be’ah has an appropriate level of insurance cover in place to cover all MSW fixed and movable
assets
 Review insurance policies on an annual/ongoing basis to ensure renewals are completed in a timely
fashion and that be’ah movable assets are properly covered from all risks
 Ensure contractors provide an appropriate level of maintenance for be’ah fixed and movable asset that
they utilize.
 Oversee the movable maintenance, calibration of weighbridge, lifting crane and fire system certificates
for MSWS facilities
 Provide technical support to be’ah operational teams for monitoring movable assets under operational
contract.
 Support to Monitoring the performance of operational contractors in terms of movable assets
utilization, condition, operators driving practices, safety and conduct any required inspections.
 Evaluate /analyse technical reports received from contractors related to fixed and movable asset
utilization and prepare management updates
 Update the fixed and movable asset register to ensure all fixed assets belonging to MSWS are logged
and records for repairs and routine maintenance are properly documented
 Generate barcodes for MSW movable assets as per asset management system
 Analyse MSWS fixed and movable asset data to identify existing baseline conditions and assist in the
development of programs to renew, maintain or dispose of MSWS fixed assets
 Assist with the development and review of fixed and movable asset management plans by providing
timely and accurate asset information, trends, reports, data analysis, and recommendations
 Adhere to all relevant quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures, instructions, controls, and
role specific QHSE KPIs in order to guarantee the safety of employees, quality of products/ services and
environmental compliance

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
 Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 0-2 years relevant experience ideally in mechanical engineering
/an asset management environment
Certification
 Certificate in Asset Management is preferred
