1. Cups Game

Number of players All need to participate
needed:
Mechanics Each participant is given a cup to place on top of their heads with no
support. The objective of the game is to knock off the cups on top of
other players’ heads without losing your own cup.
Materials needed 100 paper cups
1 emcee

2. Ball Pass

Number of players All need to participate
needed:
Mechanics All participants form a circle and pass the ball to another participant.
The person who receives the pass tells the others something interesting
about themselves which others do not know about

3. Group Energizer
Team activity? Yes
Number of players All members of the team
needed:
Mechanics All the members of the team form a circle. The host will give instructions
(step in, step out, jump to the right, jump to the left). The objective is to
keep holding hands. The host may switch it up by asking to do the
opposite of what he/she says.
Materials needed None.

4. Scavenger Hunt

Number of players All members of the team
needed:
Mechanics The hosts will give the team leaders a list of items to find in the venue.
Pictures must be posted on the Facebook group / Viber group where
ONLY team leaders are added.

5. Letter Rearrangements

Number of players Ten (10) members of the team
needed:
Mechanics Each participant is given two letters stuck on the front and back of the
shirt of the participant. The host will ask a question, the answer to which
should be spelled by the members of the team participating in the
event.

This will go on for five rounds, with a tiebreaker as necessary.

6. Pin the Tail on the Horse

Team activity? Yes


Number of players One (1) volunteer to be blindfolded
needed: Everyone free to participate
Mechanics A poster of a horse without a tail is put up. A volunteer from each team
is blindfolded. The rest of the members of the team will instruct the
blindfolded member to pin the tail on the horse with only the guidance of
the rest of the team.
Materials needed 1 Printed tarpaulin of a tailless horse
1 Makeshift tail

7. Communication

Number of players Eight (8)
needed:
Mechanics Eight (8) members will face away from the audience. All the volunteers
at the back of their line will copy the movements shown to them by the
emcee. The team which finishes fastest and the most accurate wins.
Materials needed 100 paper cups

8. Quiz Bee

Team activity? Yes


Number of players All to participate
needed:
Mechanics All members put their phones in the center of the circle. One person will
be tasked to write the answer for the groups. There will be 15
questions: five easy, five moderate, and five difficult to be answered by
the teams, with commensurate points. The team with the most correct
answers wins.
Materials needed Fifty (50) sheets of scratch paper

needed:
Mechanics Each team will be given a rope with which to support their volunteer.
Each team will have to secure five (5) bottles of water from a
considerable distance without stepping over the rope. The rope will be
used to support the team members flexible enough to get the bottles.
The team which finishes getting their bottles first wins.
Materials needed Twenty-five (25) water bottles

10. Hula Hoops

Team activity? Yes


Number of players Ten (10) members of the team
needed:
Mechanics Ten (10) members form a circle. A hula hoop will be placed on the head
of the first participant. The goal is to have all 10 members pass the hula
hoop around without dropping the hula hoop on the floor. The hula hoop
resets when the hula hoop drops to the floor. The team to finish first
wins.
Materials needed Five (5) hula hoops

11. Pinoy Henyo

Team activity? Yes


Number of players All members of the team
needed:
Mechanics A volunteer per team is asked to guess the word taped to their
foreheads within 1 m 30 s. There will be three rounds for each team.
The team to guess the most answers wins.
Materials needed Eighteen (18) words printed on scratch paper to be stuck on the
volunteers’ foreheads

12. Final Presentation (July 3 evening)

Number of players Minimum of ten (10), the more participants the better
needed:
Mechanics Each team will have to prepare a mix of a song and dance presentation
for at least three (3) minutes with a RETRO 1980s theme. They will be
judged on the basis of the following criteria:

Difficulty of choreography: 30%


Coordination: 30%
Visuals / costumes: 20%
Audience Impact: 20%
