Test Scripts for Google API Stories

Story: BCP-22

As a Sales User quoting Local Moves, I want the system to apply a flat, zone-based price for freight
based on a range (zone) of total trip time durations configured for each location.

1. Create a Lead by selecting one of the record type options and populate below required fields for
google APIs.

Lead Fields:

Name, Company, Industry, Origin Store, Email, Phone,


Origin Address (Please provide valid and complete address as Google API requires valid
address to detect for Geo coordinates).
Destination Address (Please provide valid and complete address as Google API requires
valid address for Geo coordinates).
Sample Address:

i. Street - 3100 Boxford Crescent

city- Mississauga

State-Ontario

Postal Code- L5M 0P4

Country - Canada

ii. Street - Box 2828

city- Banff

State-AB (Alberta)

Postal Code- T1L 1H8

Country - Canada

iii. Street - 855 Jervis St

city- Vancouver

State-BC (British Columbia)

Postal Code- V6E 2B2


Country - Canada

2.On creation of Lead, click 'Convert' present under the top right corner drop down for Lead conversion
(I.e., Lead converting to account, contact, opportunity).

3. "Convert Lead" window appears, verify the details of account, contact and opportunity present on
window and click Save.

4. "Your lead has been converted" window appears with information of newly created Account, Contact
and Opportunity.

5. Click on newly created opportunity and verify 'Destination Store' field (Present on opportunity) is
populated with a value.

6.From the opportunity, click "Create Quote", click ""Click here to Open Quote"" and the newly created
quote should open and appear on the screen.

7. From the Quote record, check fields under "Mapping Information" section (SOS, SODS, SDOS, SDS)
have been populated with numbers to represent mapped times for the various route combinations.

8. Click on Edit Lines button.

9. In the Quote line editor page, click on Add Products button

10. Select the Local Move bundle

11. In the bundle configuration page, select a container option and available movements.

12. Hit Save button, the screen should update to show the Quote Line Editor.

13. Click "Quick Save" in the Quote Line Editor.

14. In the Quote Line Editor, open the Quote Line Drawer for any of the movements added to the quote.

Compare the value of the Total Trip Time field with the "Delivery Zones" object and ensure that the price
of the movement is correct based on the Total Trip Time and Origin Store."
Story: BCP-23

As a Sales User quoting Local Moves, the freight price of a movement is based upon the total trip time,
which is the round-trip travel time (between a pickup location (Origin) and a drop off location
(Destination) and back to the selected Store Location (based on Google API)) divided by .8, plus 30
minutes. If the box is 40', the site time is 60 minutes.

1. Create a Lead by selecting one of the record type options and populate below required fields for
google APIs.

Delivery, or Empty Pickup.

The value of the Total Trip Time field should equal (the mapped time from the quote/.8) + Site Time.

If the container is 40', Site Time = 60 minutes. If the container is 8'-20', Site Time = 30 min."

Story: BCP -31

As an Operations Manager, I need the ability to set the local freight rates (list price) per hour for
movements with a total trip time beyond the upper limit of my location's most distant zone.

1. Click on App Launcher (nine dots) at top right corner in Salesforce org.

2. Search for delivery zone object.

3. In the "All" list view, search for respective location and it's 'Beyond Max Zone'(In the list view it's
visible under Zone column).

4. Click the respective "Delivery Zone Number" for that location.


5. Edit the respective list price for different movements.

6. For testing if the changes reflect on the quote lines, from the opportunity, click "Create Quote", click
""Click here to Open Quote"" and

the newly created quote should open and appear on the screen.

7. From the Quote record, check fields under "Mapping Information" section (SOS, SODS, SDOS, SDS)
have been populated with numbers to represent mapped times for the various route combinations.

8. Click on Edit Lines button.

9. In the Quote line editor page, click on Add Products button

10. Select the Local Move bundle

11. In the bundle configuration page, select a container option and available movements.

12. Hit Save button, the screen should update to show the Quote Line Editor.

13. Click "Quick Save" in the Quote Line Editor.

14. In the Quote Line Editor, open the Quote Line Drawer for Empty Delivery, Loaded Pickup, Loaded
Delivery, or Empty Pickup and verify the "List Unit Price".

Story: BCP -24

As a Sales User quoting Local Moves, if the total trip time exceeds the upper limit of a location's
delivery zones but does not exceed the max trip time limit, the system should calculate a price based
upon a per location hourly rate multiplied by the total trip time in hours.

1. Create a Lead by selecting one of the record type options and populate below required fields for
google APIs.

Name, Company, Industry, Origin Store, Email, Phone,


Origin Address (Please provide valid and complete address as Google API requires valid
address to detect for Geo coordinates).
Destination Address (Please provide valid and complete address as Google API requires
valid address for Geo coordinates).

(For creating Test Data for the total trip time exceeding the upper limit of a location's delivery zones but
does not exceed the max trip time limit.)
13. Click (Check the checkbox) "OVERRIDE MAPPED TIME" on the Quote Line editor for any movement to
change the mapped time.

14. Assign a greater value so that when "TOTAL TRIP TIME" is calculated, the "TOTAL TRIP TIME" is
exceeding the upper limit of a location's delivery zones but does not exceed the max trip time limit.

15. Click Calculate/ Save.

16. In the Quote Line Editor, check for the movement

The value of the List Unit price field should equal (hourly rate for the movement * Total Trip Time)/60.

Story: BCP-25

As a Sales User quoting Offsite Moves, the freight price of a movement is based upon total trip time
from a store/center point to the customer address to the customer's new address and back to the
store/.8 + 45 min.

1. Create a Lead by selecting one of the record type options and populate below required fields for
google APIs.

Lead Fields:

Name, Company, Industry, Origin Store, Email, Phone,


Origin Address (Please provide valid and complete address as Google API requires valid
address to detect for Geo coordinates).
Destination Address (Please provide valid and complete address as Google API requires
valid address for Geo coordinates).
Sample Address:

14. In the Quote Line Editor, open the Quote Line Drawer for Offsite Move.

The value of the Total Trip Time field should equal (the mapped time from the quote/.8) + 45 minutes
(site time). "
