EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Profit Organizations or simply is the focus of my study. My topic is to study


how “SAI SEVA MEDICAL” works.

The project was undertaken at “SAI SEVA MEDICAL”


the project was undertaken to study how “Profit Organization” works. How
they earn more profit.

For my study, I have mainly gathered information by interacting with the


founders and workers of a SAI SEVA MEDICAL. This project tries to study
“PROFIT ORGANIZATION” in “SAI SEVA MEDICAL MANGASULI”.

INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME
Meaning:-

An internship is a professional learning experience that offers meaningful,


practical work related to a student's field of study or career interest. An
internship gives a student the opportunity for career exploration and
development, and to learn new skills.

DEFINITION OF INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME

IMPORTANCE

Organizations offer internships to provide the necessary training and work


experience to students who have completed their academic journey or wish to
pursue higher education after gaining some hands-on experience.

3 PHASES OF INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME

Stages of an Internship

• Anticipation– In this stage, students are beginning the internship with


excitement and some anxiety.
• Disillusionment– Excitement wears off, and students might feel some
disappointment about the “real world”.
• Confrontation– Facing disillusionment may be difficult but can help
students grow.
OBJECTIVES OF THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME

Internships provide students with an opportunity to put into practice skills


they have learned while in school. In addition, students should have an
opportunity to enhance those skills, obtain the perspective of a work
environment and benefit from a mentor or supervisor's experience and advice.

OUTCOMES OF THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME

Internships help student’s master professional soft skills such as


communication, punctuality, and time management. These are skills that are
key to success at a job and college and are highly sought after by companies.
Many employers complain that there are few candidates with excellent soft
skills.

OBJECTIVES OF THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME:

1. Internship Description

Before you write your resume objective, take some time to read the
internship description carefully. Learn what the employer is looking for in an
intern, what they value, and how you qualify as a candidate. Do not worry if
you do not meet all the requirements.

2. Start writing internship, your employer and the company you are applying
to, it is time to focus on your reasons for applying for that internship program.
Start writing in an organized way by listing the key qualities required by the
employer and explaining how your work ethic reflects that quality.
Highlight your skills creative and helps your application stand out. You can

TYPES OF INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME:

1. Paid Internships

Common in professional fields including medicine, architecture, science,


engineering, law, business (especially accounting and finance), technology,
and advertising.
2. Work Research or Dissertation

This is mostly done by students who are in their final year of school. With this
kind of internship, a student does research for a particular company.

3. Unpaid Internships

Non-profit charities and think tanks often have unpaid or volunteer positions.
State law and state enforcement agencies may impose requirements on unpaid
internship programs under Minimum Wage Act.

4. Partially-Paid

Internships are when students are paid in the form of a stipend. Stipends are
typically a fixed amount of money that is paid out on a regular basis. Usually,
interns that are paid with stipends are paid on a set schedule associated with
the organization.

5. Virtual Internship

Internship growing in popularity is the virtual internship, in which the intern


works remotely, and is not physically present at the job location. It provides
the capacity to gain job experience without the conventional requirement of
being physically present in an office.

is a single with its office registered in Karnataka . The company carries out its
major operations from Karnataka.

INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME

On the first day, I visit SAI SEVA MEDICAL & GENERAL


STORE in MANGSULI of ATHANI road.

MANGSULI - 591234.

Then after I meet Mr. RAHUL MALI president of SAI SEVA


MEDICAL & GENERAL STORE. Then I ask their

permission to complete my 10 days Internship Programme and make a project


report on their SAI SEVA MEDICAL & GENERAL STORE.

After knowing our details, the owner gives permission to make a


project report on Internship Programme. Thank you sir did you give me the
opportunity to work here.
OSTVAET INFORMATION

the infection is sensitive to. The dose required should be monitored by blood
testing.

industry and mainly the financial, technical, and market potential . The project
guarantees sufficient fund to repay the loan and also give a good return on
capital investment. When analysing the social - economic impact , this project
is able to generate employment of 2 and above , It will cater to the demand of
helps the other business entities to increase the production and service which
provide service and support to this industry .

Thus , more cyclic employment and livelihood generation. So,


in all ways, we can conclude the project is technically and socially viable and
commercially sound too. When we take a close look at the debt service
coverage ratio , which is at a higher proposition and purposes a stable venture
The profit and loss show steady growth in profit throughout the year and the
firm has a higher customer.
MY EXPERIENCE

In this internship program, I have learned lots of things like,

Internships allow you to get experience in your chosen industry that you
may not gain from studying. This may be practical skills of the job or dealing
with actual clients. Any on the job skills you can only gain through
experience, you may attain through completing an internship.
