protection by this Proclamation.

f:C~T ;JC OOO"l'tlOC Ooo~ lJ1&1: frf'IIl.1. ationseryice provider and electric power supplier,
f"l:l\.tlOO'~.h. 7i1'1 fi\.(\.hT&h ;).e/.\ have the duty to protect telecommunications and

3/ Any federal and regional city administrative
