AIM:- Select a software project and identify the process model with proper justification.

SOLUTION:-

➢ Project name: To do list


➢ Model name: Waterfall model
▪ The software requirements are static.
▪ The risk of managing the software is less then will be no change while
making it.
▪ It’s easy to change the tasks step by step.
▪ It’s easy to understand and make the model.
▪ The stages are clearly defined and easy to understand.
▪ The risk is zero or too less cause the project is too small.
▪ It’s complicated compared to spiral iterative and any other model.
▪ The timelines can be determined early in the project.
▪ A easy structure which can be understandable what to be done and when.
▪ It starts of the beginning and progresses in a linear way.
▪ It’s heavy in documentation but easy to understand.

AIM:- Collect the functional requirements for the project.

SOLUTION:-

➢ Project name: To do list


➢ Use: This app is used to write task and keep it reminded. So, we can easily remind our
work. Also, we can use it as a note.

Functional requirements:

Home page: on home page will have all necessary items like reminder calendar, plus button to
add a new task. Also, user can see all tasks on home page.

Header: App name will be shown as icon on top of left side. On right top there will be a bell
button for reminder.

Calendar: Calendar will be shown on bottom of header. There will be 7 buttons named as
weekdays. Each button has different color after click. It is used to get reminder on select day.

Add task: User can add multiple task by using this button it will shown as plus button. Also it
can be used as sticky notes. It used to write multiple task for present day and also for future.

User can get reminder of task to do not forget any task. Also user can use it as notes to keep data
of small things.
