Maasaï Jump-Heightmaxing
Maasaï Jump-Heightmaxing
This is a powerful technique I recently came across and used for a short period of time.
I did this excercise the entire day and did no other techniques used in the Ebook. As result of
doing this technique I was unable to fall asleep at night because of the intense growing
pains.
I researched this technique a little bit and came across some theoretical evidence that
supports my suspicions of this being a good technique to improve height.
The Maasaï jump is a term given to a particular jump performed by the Maasaï tribe that
lives in Kenya and Tanzania.
The average Maasaï tribe male member stands at an impressive average height of 6”3!
This could be due to their diet because they eat lots of raw animal products, but in Africa this
is pretty common to eat, and still the Maasaï tribe is taller.
Also the Maasaï jump is a perfect method to get microfractures AND apply tension, this
excercise is a perfect combination of both.
For optimal results you need the least amount of calf activation, you shouldn’t activate your
muscles, but jump like you are on a pogostick, almost no effort, but as high as possible.
Don’t let your heels hit the ground, use your feet as pogostick.
The most important part is to jump high and effortlessly at the same time.
Here is a demonstration video: https://youtu.be/_MO9B2jLOgw
Judging by the video you can see how their heels do not touch the ground, they jump almost
effortlessly, and have fun while doing so.
This excercise is probably one of the best you can do for height growth.
Do this excercise every other day until you feel that you need rest, take that rest and go
again.
I always like to do raised seat cycling after this excercise so I can stretch the leg further.
