BACKGROUND:
The project aims to provide television sets for every classroom. It is perceived and
based from researches, audio-visual lessons attract the learners to focus on the
lessons. The project is seen as a solution to attention disturbances during teaching-
learning processes. Also, it will enhance the teacher’s discussion, especially when
teachers need to picture out concepts.
OBJECTIVE/S:
The project aims to:
1. Provide teaching television sets/Smart TV to every classroom;
2. End the attention disturbances among students during classes;
3. Enhance teacher’s discussion.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
1. Canvassing:
a. Will get information on the cost of Smart TV and what supplier offers the
lowest amount
2. Meeting with the supplier of Smart TV and SGC Representatives
a. Negotiate with the amount and orient the supplier about the timeline of
the project
3. Planning for the SPTA meeting
a. Inform the parents and other partners about the project
4. Donation Drive
a. Gathering of pledges of the different partners
5. Purchase and installation of the Smart TVs
