At present, we are having four LCD projectors in our S&H
department and all the four LCD’s are not in working condition.
Totally, we are having seven classes in first year B.E/B.TECH degree

help of LCD projectors only. So, we kindly request you, to take
necessary steps for providing new two LCD projectors to our S&H
Department and also arrange to repair the existing LCD projectors of

It is identified that some of the students are having mobile


phones during the class hours. As per our college regulations,
“Possession of cell phone is strictly prohibited inside the college
premises” and the same has been informed to all frequently. So,
hereafter, any mobile phone is seized from the students, it will be
returned to them at the end of the year only.
Also, it is notified that some of the students are not reporting to
college in time. So, all are instructed to strictly follow the college
timing. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to attend their class works.
In addition, It is brought to the notice that some of them are
absent to the college without submitting any intimation to Faculty
