INSTRUCTION

I. TRIAL CLASS
1. Teachers must be energetic in the class and ALWAYS turn on the camera
2. Right after trial class, teachers must send the trial feedback. Here is the link:

II. REGULAR CLASS
1. DAILY FEEDBACK
- This is the format of daily feedback which is sent in the Skype chat box right after
the class
1. Book (name of the book)
2. Page
3. Vocabulary (note down new words that the student learns in the class)
4. Pronunciation (not down the words that the student mispronounces and
their transcription)
5. Sentence construction with corrections (wrong sentences and the
corrections)
6. Feedback (comments on the student’s attitude, learning abilities, ….)
7. Next Lesson (next page)
8. Assignment (require the student to record videos)
- Here are some tips for you to write “Feedback”
+ their attitude: do they pay attention?, do they cooperate well?,....
+ their understanding: do they understand the lesson?, what do they need to
review at home?,....
+ their homework: do they finish their homework?,...
+ besides, you can write something that happen in the class. Please make
sure that you don't copy paste the tutor's comment and write it wrongly.

note down everything (including new words, wrong sentences, ….). All the words
and sentences you type are saved, after the lesson, you can copy and paste in the
the Skype chat box, then parents can follow what their children learn with you.
We hope that this solution can help both you and your students save time.

2. HOMEWORK: Some tips to give homework to students


a. Vocabulary and Grammar books (Everybody Up, Let's go, Kid's box, .... )
- Read new words
- Make sentences with new structures and read
- Read the story
- Read the reading passage
- Talking about the topic of the lessons
b. Discussing books (Chat room for teens, Teen Talk, Express yourself, New
children's talk, Junior Free Talk, ... )
- Talking about the topic learned in the lesson (teachers will base on the topic of
the lesson to give homework)
- Reading new words and make sentences with new words and read
c. With IELTS book (collins speaking, mat clark, .. )
- Give the students part 1/2/3 topic questions and require them to talk in 1-2
minutes
- Require them find idioms, advanced words about the topic and make sentences
and read.
NOTE: Please remember that even when the students are kids or adults, do the
homework or not, teachers always need to give them homework in the right format.

3. TEST
1. Check the syllabus carefully and inform the CS if your student has a test schedule.
2. During the test, the teachers share the test file, ask for students’ answers and note
down on the test paper (the PDF file attached to the class). Don't let students type on
their own because it's time consuming.
3. The test results must be sent in the group with CS, NOT the group with students
4. When students do their test, please let them do by themselves. Teachers only explain
the requirements of each part to students. Don't ask the question like "Are you sure?"
too many times when they have wrong answers so that they can have a better score
which is not their real ability.
5. After the test, teachers must send the test results within 24 hours since students
finish the test. However, we always encourage teachers to send the test result right
after the test or within the day that students take the test.

III. OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES


1. If you can’t call students, you must inform the CS within the first 5 minutes. If
you don’t inform and after 10 minutes, the students haven’t joined, the class will
not be counted. If the students don’t attend the whole class, the teacher will be
deducted 1 class (in case you don't inform the cs in the first 5 minutes)
2. If you are out of electricty or Internet, please inform your manager BY PHONE
and the manager will inform the CS immediately. If you don't inform the manager
and we have to cancel classes, teacher will be deducted 1 class.
3. If students cancel class suddenly, they have to pay for that class. But if teachers
cancel class suddenly, they pay nothing. It’s not fair for students. In this case, the
students are added 1 class and teachers are deducted 1 class.
