Objective of the Course:


Students undergoing this course are expect:
• To impart knowledge to students with the fundamentals of management and
entrepreneurship and its application in business organizations,
• To aware students about the current scenario and scope of entrepreneurship and
its role in designing and implementing successful business ideas.

Course Outcome:
Upon completion of the course, the student shall be able to:
• CO1: Discuss fundamentals of management and analyze the dynamism of
business management in today’s most advanced corporate world,
• CO2: Explain importance of planning and organizing, Formulation of planning
and Organizational structures,
• CO3: Describe understanding and process of staffing, motivation, leadership
and different control systems in management as well as understand an ideal role
for staffing, directing and controlling functions of management and to make best
manager or entrepreneur in future,
• CO4: Define concept of entrepreneurship, to impart clarity about process of
entrepreneurship through exploring its different dimensions,
• CO5: Discuss method of problem identification as well as describe and
demonstrate business plan for start – up,
• CO6: Interpret Small scale industry and institutional support in India and
explore various government schemes for entrepreneurship in India, also explain
IPR.
