assignment based on their classification ranks per Section 3.0 provision of D.O. No. 94, series
of 2020, subject however to the one (1) year prohibition after resignation, retirement or
separation from public office to practice their profession in private companies that conduct
business with DPWH as provided under Section 7 (Prohibited Acts and Transactions) of
Republic Act No. 6713.

This Order shall take effect immediately,
