1. Identify the musical characteristics of representative music selections from the

2.Improvise simple rhythmic/melodic accompaniments to selected secular music from
the Lowlands of Luzon (MU7LU - Ic - f - 5)

IV. PROCEDURE
A. Review *The teacher will play example of Liturgical Music.

pictures.

The teacher will group the students to prepare for the presentations showing the
musical characteristics of secular music.
Group I-Harana

The teacher will let the students find materials that can be used in the
presentation.
The teacher will provide the music to the group that will perform the dance.

The teacher will give 10 minutes for each group to practice/prepare for the
presentations.
