CONSTRUCTION BOARD UP SAMPLE
Board-up Guidelines
➢ During the fit-out
• Include mall logo
• E-mail layout to Mall Officer for approval
• Tarpaulin must cover the entire board-up.
Artwork with emphasis with the storefront
• Must be installed 3 days prior to mobilization
• Lock must be installed to secure premises.

interior & exterior perspectives and signed by the
owner and designer

Mall utility tapping

• Submit calibration certificate of electric & water meter.


• Utility consumption during the fit-out will be charged on
the first SOA
• Utility tapping permit shall be provided. Meter details.
• Megger test shall be done c/o Tenant contractor upon
ingress on or before tapping to mall supply; witnessed by
Mall Maintenance.
Work Permit, Gate pass, Hot work permit etc.

OCC Administration
• Must be submitted in 3 copies
• Submit to admin at least 3 days before the scheduled
works
• Working for 24 hrs. is allowed; stay in of workers is not
allowed
• Daily cut-off is 3:00 pm; release of approved permit
6:00 pm within 2-3 days after filing.
• Work permit is valid for 7 days
• Gate pass is valid for 3 days. Delivery of construction
materials shall only be allowed 11pm-8am only –
through Service Elevators.
• Hot work permit is valid for 1 day only
CONSTRUCTION GUIDELINES
1. Endorsement letter from Tenant
2. List of Tenant Workers
3. Location of Delivery of Construction Materials (Gate 5, Basement 1 or 2).
• Tenant workers access (FE 2 – Beside Unimart Tunnel)
4. Location of Tenant Merchandise: Food/Non-food (Gate 5, Basement 1)
• Tenant employee access (GH Mall G/F – beside Levi’s)
5. Garbage/ debris disposal must be done by tenant daily or weekly.
6. A fine of Php 20,000.00 shall be imposed to workers caught smoking inside the leased
space.

6:00am – 3:00pm (Food, Perishable items, and Medical Supplies)


6:00am – 12:00pm (Non-food and any other store equipment)
11:00pm – 8:00am of the next day (Construction materials and equipment)
MANDATORY ORIENTATIONS
1. Tenant Workers Orientation
• Every Monday: 9:00am – 10:00am in Connecticut Arcade G/F: AKK Space

2. Tenant Employee Orientation (for Issuance of MALL ID)


• Every Wednesday: 9:00am – 10:00am in Connecticut Arcade G/F: AKK Space
• Get Mall Tenant ID Application at Admin Office 2/F Centermall
• Php 150.00 per Employee; 2-3 working days processing after payment.

Utility Tapping Permit must be present on-site at all times.

Use RSC or IMC conduit for current carrying wires (No EMT)
Fit-out Inspections:
Final inspection: before store opening, preferably 5 days before
