Create an Inventory Organization

Responsibility = Human Resources, Vision Enterprise


1. Go to Work Structure
 (N) Work Structures > Organization > Description
 Query your XXMY Demo OU

 Click Find
 Go to Classification and add a record.
 Select Inventory Organization

 Click Save
 Click Enabled
 Click Save

 Click Others
 Enter Additional Organization Information

I. Accounting Information

 Click OK
 Click on the Accounting Information field

 Enter the following:

 Click OK

 Click OK
You will be back at the Organization Form

II. Inventory Information

 Click Others
 Select Inventory Information

 Click OK
 Enter the following;

Inventory Parameters TAB

Page 4 of 6
Costing Information TAB

Revision, Lot, Serial and LPN TAB

Page 5 of 6
Other Accounting TAB

 Save
 Close all the forms

2. Run Security List Maintenance for XXMY DEMO security profile since you have updated
the organization information.
