1. Now Assist
1.1 Assist
“Assist” is a unit used to measure usage of Now Assist capabilities. Assists are counted based on
the number of Now Assist Actions performed the prior 365 days using defined ratios that
correlate to the number of Assists consumed. A list of Assist Actions and the number of Assists
consumed are set forth in section 1.2.
