Teaching goals

Upon completion of this course, students should be able to:

1. Understand and master the spatial projection laws of points, lines, and surfaces, as well as their applications in software.

2. Familiarize themselves with the working interface of AutoCAD software and proficiently use common drawing commands.

3. Use AutoCAD software to draw standard three-view drawings and layout plans.

4. Understand the application of AutoCAD software in different design types, laying a solid foundation for reading patterns.

5. Read patterns from different sources based on their proficiency in AutoCAD software skills.

6. Understand the relationship between intuitive thinking and rational planning in pattern drawing.

Teachign methodologies

1. Interactive Teaching

(1) Classroom Lectures:

Face-to-face instruction on basic drafting knowledge, demonstration of correct usage of drawing tools in drafting software, and
teaching specific drawing rules.

(2) Classroom Discussions:

Answering questions and discussing the strengths and weaknesses of students' drawing works, learning from each other, and
drawing inspiration.

(3) Classroom Exercises and Case Studies:

Familiarizing and mastering drawing software commands in classroom exercises, and learning drawing and reading skills in case
studies, laying a foundation for professional learning.

2. Drawing Practice

Arranging specific practical drawing assignments and tests to further practice and master drawing skills, forming good drawing
habits through practical operation.

Requirements for the Report

Based on the drafting knowledge learned in class, students are required to complete a certain amount of drawing assignments after class

according to the specific requirements of the teacher. This further consolidates theoretical knowledge, practices software drawing skills, and

makes appropriate classroom presentations on assignment questions raised by the teacher. This part is extremely important and critical in the

course, and students need to actively cooperate and complete it voluntarily.

Class Requirements:

1. Diligently study the profession, understand the role of AutoCAD software in modern design art, and apply what you have learned.

2. Conduct drawing practice attentively, proficiently master the operation and usage of AutoCAD software, and flexibly use the software according to different

specialties and design requirements to ensure completion of work.

3. Think and act more, gradually develop good software usage habits, cultivate meticulous logical thinking, truly maximize the functions of the software, and

thereby improve efficiency and work quality.

Other requirements

1. Please remember to bring pens and notebooks or paper to class to take good notes.

2. During class, please ensure that mobile phones and other electronic devices are set to silent mode or turned off.

3. Please complete assignments and class tasks on time, and contact the teacher promptly if you have any questions.

4. Please pay attention to course notifications and relevant regulations of the college, attend classes on time, and do not arrive late or leave early.

Discussion Requirements:

1. Please actively participate in classroom discussions and maintain communication with classmates and teachers in a timely manner.

2. Please maintain classroom discipline and actively cooperate with the teacher's teaching work.

3. Please pay attention to language usage during discussions. Everyone should respect each other and work together harmoniously.
