4. Resource Mobilization
- There was a noteworthy increase in donations, both in-kind
and monetary, which greatly assisted in achieving the goals of
Brigada Eskwela 2024.
- Donations included school supplies, cleaning materials.
Issues Encountered
2. Weather-Related Delays
- Inclement weather in certain regions caused delays in
planned activities, affecting the overall timeline and progress of
the program.
- Some outdoor activities had to be rescheduled or modified
to adapt to weather conditions.
3. Logistical Challenges
- Coordinating the large number of volunteers and activities
posed logistical challenges, including issues with
transportation and distribution of materials.
- Ensuring that all volunteers had clear instructions and
necessary supplies was a complex task.
5. Sustainability of Efforts
- There were concerns about the sustainability of
improvements made during Brigada Eskwela, with some
schools worried about maintaining the facilities and resources
throughout the school year.
- Ensuring that the positive changes are maintained requires
ongoing community engagement and support.
2. Weather-Contingency Plans
- Develop and implement contingency plans for weather-
related disruptions, including alternative indoor activities and
flexible scheduling.
5. Sustainability Strategies
- Develop long-term maintenance plans for school facilities,
including regular community involvement and follow-up
activities.
- Encourage schools to create maintenance committees to
oversee the upkeep of improvements made during Brigada
Eskwela.
