The theme of the 2,916 room hotel is the city
of Paris; it includes a half scale, 540-foot tall
replica of the Eiffel Tower, a sign in the shape of
the Montgolfier Balloon, a two-thirds size Arc de
Triomphe, and a replica of La Fontaine des Mers.
The front of the hotel suggests the Louvre, Musée
d'Orsay, and Paris Opera House.
The Paris is linked via a promenade to its sister
property, Bally's Las Vegas, through which it is
linked to the Las Vegas Monorail at the Bally's &
Paris station.

area.
One of the largest pillarless ballrooms in Las
Vegas, the 85,204-square-foot Paris has 32 foot

International Championships.

of Versailles, the Paris Foyer offers an
additional 15,670 square feet of superlative
pre-function space.

This competition is open for ALL the IFBB-affiliated National Federations from all over the world.

Registration of athletes will only be considered if they are approved by their National Federation.
Participation is unlimited. Registration of athletes will only be considered if they are nominated by their
IFBB-Affiliated National Federation. Entry Forms should be e-mailed to [email protected]

We strongly encourage you to register early and make the appropriate arrangements to compete in the
PAN AM Show 2023, Las Vegas (Nevada USA). Please be aware that it is a full responsibility and obligation
of the National Federation to verify if each one of the athletes to be registered on this international event
are not suspended or fulfilling any period of ineligibility due to anti-doping rule violation or any disciplinary
case at national or international level.

PARTICIPATION RULES
The final decision to allow an athlete to compete in this EVENT rests with the IFBB.
It is also the FULL OBLIGATION AND RESPONSIBILITY of a National Federation to
MONITOR ALL THE ATHLETES affiliated to this National Federation
who are fulfilling a period of ineligibility due to Anti-Doping Rule Violation
or any Disciplinary case, to make sure these athletes WILL NOT
REGISTER/COMPETE/OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY CAPACITY in any EVENT either at
National or International level, Official or Invitational.

REGISTRATION
Athlete registration will be at the Bally’s/Horseshoe Hotel & Casino on THURSDAY August 3rd,
10am to 6pm.
The registration fee is USD $200 if paid online http://www.ifbb.com/competition-registration or USD
$250 which has to be paid in cash at the registration. Please add your name during online payment
and bring a copy of your payment confirmation to the registration.
For athletes from the United States of America, the entry form must be emailed to the Physique
America email and may be found at www.ifbbphysiqueamerica.com. Registration fees for US
Athletes may be paid at www.ifbbphysiqueamerica.com

The online payment system will be switched off on July 21, 2023, 24:00 (midnight, CEST). According
to the IFBB decision, the additional category fee (Crossovers) is USD $100 per category, per person.

VISAS
A valid passport is required to enter The United States of America. It is the National Federations’
responsibility to obtain an entry Visa for the country organizing the Championship. All National Federations
will be able to ask for an invitation letter to Wayne DeMilia, President of IFBB Physique America.
The invitation letter does not mean you are granted your Visa. Neither IFBB nor IFBB Physique America is
responsible for the attendant’s visas. To receive an invitation letter, the applicant should forward the
following information to [email protected] and a copy to this email from Physique America:
• A copy (scan) of passport.
• Staying place of the attendance (hotel, apartment, etc. address)
If the Visa is not granted, the cancellation policy still applies. An athlete, who requested and
received a Visa invitation from IFBB Physique America who decides to use this Visa unlawfully to stay in the
United States will be subject to the disciplinary proceedings and measures according to U.S. Law.

Top three athletes in each category will be awarded with medals, diplomas and cups/trophies.
Top six athletes in each category will be awarded with diplomas and medals.
Top Five athletes in each category will be awarded with points for the 2023 IFBB World Ranking according
to the ranking rules for the events.
Overall winners in each discipline will have special gold medals or trophies.
ELITE Pro cards for top 3 overall winners in each modality in Bodybuilding, Classic Physique, Classic
Bodybuilding, Men´s Physique, Bikini, Wellness, Bodyfitness and W Physique.
Masters Pro Cards for all overall winners in Master Bodybuilding, Master Bikini and Maser Bodyfitness.

JUDGES
To be taken into consideration during selection of judges' panels at the competition, IFBB
International Judges must be included in the Final Entry Forms sent by National Federations,
according to the IFBB Rules. For more information, please contact Mr. Pawel Filleborn,

All international judges must bring their International Judge’s Cards to the Team Managers and
Judges Meeting. IFBB International Judges must have a valid IFBB Judge’s Card with the IFBB
yearly judges fee of 50 €/USD $60 paid for the current year. This fee may also be paid at the
EVENT at the Team Managers and Judges Meeting.

IMPORTANT NOTICE for ATHLETES
All athletes will have to provide their Passports (or ID Cards) & IFBB International Cards at the registration.
Any athlete who has not purchased or renewed his/her IFBB International Card yet has to buy one at
registration, failing which the competitor will not be registered. The cost of an IFBB Card is USD $45 and
they are mandatory.
All Athletes must wear their posing attire during weigh-in for inspection. Female competitors must also
bring their shoes for inspection. Posing attire and tanning must be in accordance with the IFBB rules. Any
tanning which can be wiped off is not allowed.

Each athlete participating in the Championship will be provided with a competitor wristband at the
registration. This wristband allows daily admission to the competition venue and should not be removed.
All athletes will have to provide their Passports (or ID Cards) & IFBB International Cards at the registration. Any
