Analysis
(Please Write your answer in your Journal Notebook)
1. What kind of Leader am I?

As a leader, whenever I was the leader in our group during high school, I had these traits
that would make them obey me. I didn't know what it was called at first, but now that we
have discussed it, I used to be type of leader, or my style would be a consultative type of
leadership style, and my behavior would be from S1 to S4. It depends on the situation.
But all I can say is that I tend to be an adaptive type of leader; I can adjust based on my
member's attitudes, skills, abilities, and capabilities. That is what makes me a leader.

2. What should I do to become an effective leader?

To become a leader, it should start with me. I should understand myself, what my point
is, what my purpose is, or what my beliefs and principles are as an individual. I should
also know where I stand as a leader. I should also start to see failure as a new opportunity
or a new lesson to be learned. I should also have a positive attitude towards my team or
members. I should have an approachable attitude that would accommodate them all.
