Pricelist and License Information

1. Number of Users/Licenses
In order to determine the number of licenses required for your company, we utilize a utilization factor of 25%.
This means that if your company has four potential users of the program, you are required to obtain one
license. This license allows only one user to be active at any given time. Consequently, the company may
have up to four installations of one license, as long as no more than one installation is actively being used
simultaneously. This approach ensures compliance with licensing requirements while enabling the company to
efficiently utilize the program.

If a company has subsidiaries or offices located in different countries or continents, the licenses may be
utilized in those locations as well, provided that the subsidiaries are at least 51% owned by the main company.

Although the program does not require a hard lock, the license definition is equivalent to that of a program with
a hard lock. The program can be installed on stationary or portable computers, and is only considered to be in
use when it is actively being utilized by a user.

All prices quoted are exclusive of value-added tax. The stated price is for the first license, with additional
licenses available at a discounted rate of 75% of the full price. A full price license is required for each continent
on which the program will be utilized. If a company has multiple offices located within the same country, a full
license is required for the main office, with at least one additional license required for each additional office.

3. Program maintenance and support


The license price covers lifetime use of the program. Maintenance and support are included at no additional
cost for the first six months following program delivery. Subsequently, the License Buyer may choose to enter
into a maintenance agreement, which carries an annual cost equal to 15% of the list price. This agreement
ensures that the Company will receive free program updates and support throughout the maintenance period.
