objectiveof the Industrial training is to provide the best and relevant theoretical knowledge,
practicalknowledge,andsoftskillstogaininaparticularperiod.

Industrial training is an important phase of a student's life. A well planned properly

executedand evaluated industrial training helps a lot in developing a professional attitude. It
developsan awareness of Industrial approach to problem solving, based on board
understanding ofprocess and mode of operation of organization. The sim and motivation of
this industrialraining is to receive discipline, skills, teamwork, and technical knowledge

 Through interacting with others in a professional situation throughout my In-Planttraining, Iexperienced
much more, and I turned out to be a better communicator and I alsolearned it in this environment that how to work
together and communicate with the superiorand subordinate and lower- level staff. I learned how I can take myself
in a professionalenvironmentandalsolearnedhowIcanmanageandperformthetasksandprojectswithintheorganization.

IincreasedmyotherskillsduringIn-PlanttraininglikeAwareness,self-
managingandproblemsolvingetc.andamongwhichself-controlmakes meamoreattractiveandsmoothercandidate
for employment. Personal skill is necessary for over
social and personal lives

In-Plant training is also helpful to improve a student academic, career,

 CONCLUSION
On the whole, this In-Plant training was a useful experience. I have gained
newknowledge.skills andmetmanynewpeople.
Iachievedseveralofmylearninggoals,howeverforsome the conditions didnotpermit.

Igotinsightintoprofessionalpractice.Ilearnedthedifferentfacetsofworkingwithina
Company. I experienced that financing, as in many organizations, is an
importantfactor for the progress of projects. Related to my study I learned more about
the webdevelopmentanditsuse intoday'slife.Thereisstillalottodiscoverandtoimprove.

The In-Plant training was also good to find out what my strengths and
weaknessesare. This helped me to define what skills and knowledge I have to
improve in thecomingtime.
Itwouldbebetterthattheknowledgelevelofthelanguageissufficientto contribute fully to
projects. After my master I think that I could start my workingcareer. However, I
could perform certain tasks in coding better if 1 practice/knowmore the coding
methodologies applied in various fields. It would also be better if
Icanpresentandexpressmyselfmoreconfidently.
