THEME DESCRIPTION
Prelims Round 1:
Team size should be 3-4.
For preliminary round 1, teams should pitch their idea by submitting an abstract
document with a maximum font size of size 12 (Times Roman), single spaced.
Teams need to select ANY ONE Sub-Theme above
Selection of the team Is based on the abstract and documents submitted by
the team.
The Document Must Contain the following details:
1. Team Name
2. Team leader name and email id
3. Theme chosen
4. Problem statement (Tentative)
5. Abstract/Objective

Prelims Round 2:
For preliminary round 2, teams should prepare a Business Model Canavs(BMC)
along with a Technical Report .
BMC template will be provided.
The Hackathon report should also contain the following details:
1. APIs used in the project
2. Any assets used in the project
3. Any libraries used in the project
4. Any components not created at the hackathon
5. A link to a GitHub repository with the source code (if applicable)
Scores will be evaluated based on the BMC and Technical Report
Final Round:
All participants selected for the final round will be required to bring their own set
of resources/equipment required to execute the solution.
The final submission should include demonstration of working prototype or proof
of concept related to the solution along with PPT’s.
All teams would be required to present their solutions in front of the panel in the
final round.
The submitted report will be evaluated by an expert jury whose decision will be
final.
The final round will be evaluated based on the overall scores.
**All submissions will be checked thoroughly and any malpractice will lead to
immediate disqualification.**

Eligibility:
The hackathon is open to students, professionals, and enthusiasts from all
over the country.
Participants can register as individuals or in teams of up to 4 members.
Registration:
Payment should be on first round itself
All participants must register online before the specified deadline.
Each team should provide a unique team name and a brief description of their
project idea during registration.
Code of Conduct:
Participants must adhere to the hackathon's code of conduct, which promotes
respect, integrity, and inclusivity.
Any form of harassment or discrimination will not be tolerated and may result in
disqualification.
Project Submission:
All projects must be submitted by the deadline specified by the organizers.
Submissions should include a detailed description, code repository, and any
relevant documentation.
Mentorship:
Mentors will be available throughout the hackathon to provide guidance and
support.
Participants are encouraged to seek help from mentors to enhance their
projects.
Confidentiality:
Participants should not disclose sensitive or confidential information in their
projects.
The organizers are not responsible for any intellectual property theft or loss.
Disqualification:
Any violation of the rules or misconduct may result in disqualification.
The organizers reserve the right to disqualify teams at their discretion.
Cancellation:
The organizers reserve the right to cancel or modify the event in case of
unforeseen circumstances.
Participants will be notified promptly of any changes.
