Re-Admission Notice
(Only for students who have not cleared 5 papers for 2nd Year
/ 15 papers for 3rd Year)
All those students of LL.B 1st & 2nd Year (Academic Session 2023-24), who have not
been detained due to shortage of attendance, are being promoted provisionally to LL.B
2nd and 3rd Year respectively. All the provisionally promoted students are permitted to
attend their LL.B classes after submitting the following documents.
Students are hereby advised to submit their Re-Admission Form (available on the
website of Campus Law Centre), duly filled in all respect in the office of Campus Law
Centre with the following documents on 12.08.2024 and 13.08.2024 during 10:00 am
to 12.30 and 2.00 pm to 3.30 pm .

4. Latest Admit Card
Note:
1. Students who have not cleared 5 papers for 2nd Year/15
papers for 3rd Year need not to pay any fee.
2. After 13.08.2024, No Re-Admission Form for provisional
Admission will be entertained.

presently, student of LL.B. 2nd / 3rd year, purely on provisional basis during the Academic Year 2024-
2025.
The result of the LL.B II/V Term Examinations, held in month of July-August, 2024 have not yet
been declared. So far I have passed__________ papers out of total of ________________papers in
my LL.B. Course. Self Attested copies of Statement of Marks are annexed herewith in support and
for ready reference.
I understand that my admission to LL.B. 2nd /3rd Year is purely on provisional basis and I hereby
undertake that this promotion to *LL.B 2nd /3rd Year is contingent upon my passing 5/15 papers in
LL.B 1st /2nd Year.
I clearly understand that I have been provisionally allowed to attend the LL.B Classes of LL.B 2 nd
Year/3rd Year subject to outcome of the result of LL.B II/IV Term.
I further understand that I shall register myself as an Ex-Student with University of Delhi, if I fail to
pass the requisite number of papers i.e. *5/15 , which is essential requirement for promotion to LL.B
2nd /3rd Year.

1) That the statement I have made in this Application Form are in my own handwriting:

University and of its Law Centre including those relating to discipline and payment of tution and other fees and
dues, and that I hereby agree to abide by them and all such Ordinance and rules as may hereinafter be made

Centre without any reference or notice to me,if I am found to be contravening this rule;
7) that I am aware that no student shall be deemed to have pursued a regular course of study unless he/she has
attended at least two-thirds of the total number of lectures delivered in each year including tutorials seminars and
discussion classes held during the academic year in which he/she has been admitted as a regular student of the
Centre;
8) that I shall not absent myself from any of the lectures without leave being obtained previously and that for
sufficient cause, and that if I am irregular in attendance, of fail to show progress or I am not diligent in my
studies, my name may be struck off the rolls of the Centre without reference or notice to me;
9) THAT IF I FAIL TO PRODUCE THE REQUIRED CERTIFICATES BY THE PRESCRIBED DATE MY
NAME MAY BE STRUCK OFF THE ROLLS OF THE CENTRE WITHOUT ANY REFERENCE OR
NOTICE TO ME;
10) that on admission to the Course of study for which I have made this application, I shall submit myself to
disciplinary jurisdiction of the Vice-Chancellor and the several authorities of the University who may be vested
with the authority to exercise discipline under the Act the Statutes, the Ordinances and the Rules that have been
framed and will be framed from time to time by the University in this respect.
