2. Students who graduated from any Don Bosco School are offered admission fee discount of Rs 5000/-. The discounted

*Note:
• Reservation of Hostel seat can be done only after a payment of the first semester fee.
• The hostel fees for the Azara Campus are inclusive of room charges and food at the Campus Canteen located near the hostels.
• The hostel fees for the Tapesia Campus include only the room charges. A Food Court, strategically placed at the centre of the residential
area, and Bosco Café close to the academic block serve meals and snacks. Students can avail of economically priced meals.
• Hostel registration is done each semester, however, admission fee is charged only once. For details of Hostel rules and regulations, con-
sult Hostel Brochure.
Notes
• University Registration Fees and Examination Fees are payable as prescribed from time to time.
• Convocation Fee is a one time payment at the time of graduation.
• The Caution Deposit is refundable only while leaving the University on completion of the course, after adjustment of dues, if any.

Refund of Fees
• If a candidate applies for withdrawal and refund of fees before the commencement of classes, all fees paid except the Admission Fee shall
be refunded after a deduction of Rs. 1000.00 towards administrative expenses. Applications for refund of fees shall not be entertained after
the commencement of classes.
• If a candidate who has been given provisional admission is unable to fulfill the eligibility criteria by 31 October of the year of admission, all
fees paid except the Admission Fee shall be refunded after a pro-rata deduction of Tuition Fees and Annual Fees.
