Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) are facing unprecedented challenges erce competition, explo sive demand for services, margin erosion, continuously evolving technologies and more. At the same time, delivering quality services over Mobile Broadband (MBB) networks is extremely complex. That means tracking which mobile applications subscribers are accessing watching YouTube videos, read ing news stories on the web or downloading email attachments and identifying any issues they ex counter. By analyzing this with the vertical view of how the network below is delivering these services, endtoend, it becomes possible to understand actual Quality of Experience (QoE). Additionally, this approach yields insight into what aects quality from the customer perspective. Without a complete, endtoend view of the mobile environment, MNOs cannot truly understand the customer experience. Further, it leaves operators unable to eectively troubleshoot issues, verify SLAs or make informed decisions. Unfortunately, many operators today cannot see the whole picture.
