Sanctions and Export Control Compliance

The goods, services, technology, or software listed in this Certification (“Goods”) may be subject to governmental laws,
regulations, decrees and orders issued by (i) the United Nations, (ii) the United States, (iii) the European Union, (iv) the United
Kingdom, or (v) to the extent permitted and not penalized by the United States, any other jurisdiction relevant to this Agreement,
that may directly or indirectly sanction, prohibit or restrict certain activities (collectively, “Trade Control Laws”).

Trade Control Laws may cover, among other things, (1) the import, export, re-export, transfer, trans-shipment, or use of the
Goods, and/or (2) the financing of, investment in, or direct or indirect transactions or dealings with certain countries, territories,
regions, governments, projects, or specifically designated/denied/restricted persons or entities.

I certify that, in connection with this Agreement:

• I will comply with, and will not knowingly violate or cause FET to violate, any applicable Trade Control Laws.

• I will not sell or transfer the Goods to any person on any specifically designated/denied/restricted parties
list (each, an “SDN”).

• Unless authorized by relevant government authorities, I will not use, sell, transfer, export, or re-export the
Goods in direct or indirect support of exploration for, or production of, oil or gas in Russian deepwater, Arctic
offshore, and/or shale formations.

• None of the parties involved in any transaction related to the Goods is:
o controlled by any SDN, and/or
o owned in the aggregate, directly or indirectly by SDN(s) (i.e., 50% ownership or more
unless a lower percentage is regulatorily relevant).

• I will not export, re-export, or transfer the Goods absent any required applicable governmental license or
approval.

• I will not use, and will not permit any third party to use, the Goods for any prohibited use, including nuclear,
military, missiles, and/or weapons (chemical or biological).

authorized to sign this End Use Certification. I also certify to the best of my knowledge after due inquiry that all of the
information contained in this document is true and correct, and I do not know of any additional facts which are inconsistent
with such information or which raise any doubt as to the accuracy of this information.
