I. OBJECTIVES:

By the end of the lesson, students will be able to:

- Identify the food with the nutrients involved;

- Know six main types of nutrients in food.

2. Skill

- Improve reading and listening for specific information ;

- Develop speaking skills to discuss with their partner about the food and nutrients.

3. Quality

- Participate actively in all classroom activities;

- Be collaborative and supportive when working in pairs or groups;

- Know how to make a healthy meal.
