sun and fire. These include red, orange, and yellow, and they can
make us feel happy, excited, or cozy.

5. What are Cool Colors?

make us feel calm, relaxed, or refreshed.

6. What is Primary Color?

to make all other colors. These colors are red, blue, and yellow.
7. What are Secondary Colors?

together. These colors are green (made from blue and yellow), orange
(made from red and yellow), and purple (made from red and blue).

8. What are Tertiary Colors?

secondary color next to it on the color wheel. Examples of tertiary
colors include red-orange, yellow-green, and blue-purple.

9. What is Analogous Color?

Answer - Analogous Color are those colors that come side by side in
the color wheel. It includes 3 colors (2 colors that have been mixed
and 1 is the output of that color). For example - Red + Orange =

10. What is Monochromatic Color?

Answer - Monochromatic colors are all about using different shades of
the same color. So, imagine using light blue, dark blue, and medium
blue together. It's like having different flavors of ice cream, but they're
all blue.

11. What are Triads?

Answer - A triad is when you pick three colors that are 120 degrees
apart from each other on this "color clock." For example, if red is at 12
o'clock, yellow might be at 4 o'clock, and blue could be at 8 o'clock.
They're evenly spaced around the circle, making a triangle shape
when you connect them.

12. What are Complimentary Colors?

Answer - Complementary colors are like best friends who are
complete opposites. They make each other look even more special
when they're together. For example, red and green are best friends on
the color wheel because they are on opposite sides and make a cool
pair when you use them in art or design.

13. What is the Rectangle Pattern?

Answer - Imagine drawing a rectangle on a circle that shows different
colors. Each corner of the rectangle touches a different color, like red,

or paintings.

Answer -
Tint: A tint is created by adding white to a color. It makes the color
lighter and softer. For example, pink is a tint of red because it has
white mixed in.

Tone: A tone is made by mixing gray with a color, which dulls its
brightness. It makes the color less intense. For instance, olive green is
a toned-down version of green with gray mixed in.

Shade: A shade is produced by adding black to a color, which makes

it darker. Shades can give colors a deeper and more dramatic look.
For example, navy blue is a shade of blue because it has black added
to darken it.
